Email Setup Guide - SnapperMail for Mobile Devices- IMAP

To begin open your SnapperMail Mobile Device
 
1)Tap Menu.
2)Select Accounts.
3)Select New Account....
4)Select IMAP4....
5)Type a name/description for the account.
6) Type the following:
  • Your name
  • Your full email address
7)Select Server.
8) Select the following and type connection details:
  • IMAP4 Server is mail.anaptyxstream.com
  • Username is your full email address, including@your_domain.com
  • Password is your email password
  • SMTP Server is smtp.anaptyxstream.com
  • Username is your full email address, including@your_domain.com
  • Password is your email password
9)SSelect More...
10)Select Always secure (wrapped port) under IMAP4 Settings.
11)Select Always secure (wrapped port) under SMTP Settings.
12)Deselect all checkboxes.
13)Select OK, then OK again, then Done.
NOTE: usernames and passwords are cAse SensITiVe.
